Most tools charge you more every time your team grows. We don’t. Add people up to your plan’s cap at no extra cost - and when you outgrow it, you move up one flat tier. Your software bill shouldn’t punish you for hiring.
How we think about pricing
Three things that should be simple, and aren’t elsewhere.
One · Feature parity
Every feature on every tier.
No upsells, no “upgrade to unlock client portals.” Your first invoice, your tenth, and your hundredth all use the same complete product. The trial gives you the same product too.
Two · Flat pricing
No per-seat charges. Ever.
Adding a designer up to your tier’s cap doesn’t change your bill. You pick a tier by team size and move up when it actually matters. The price you see is the price you pay.
Three · No transaction fees
Your client payments are yours.
Stripe charges what Stripe charges for cards and ACH. We don’t add a markup, a platform fee, or a percentage on top. The same is true for QuickBooks sync — no per-invoice fee.

- What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
- You'll be asked to pick a tier and subscribe via Stripe Checkout. All your projects, products, boards, and client data stay exactly where they were — there's no migration. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- Are there per-seat fees?
- No. The price you see is what you pay each month, full stop. Adding a designer up to your tier's cap doesn't change your bill.
- What if our team grows past our tier's user cap?
- You upgrade to the next tier whenever you're ready — from Studio's 5 users to Practice's 10, or to Firm for unlimited. Pro-rated automatically through Stripe.
- Are there transaction fees on client payments?
- No fees from us. Stripe charges its standard processing rates (card or ACH) directly; we don't add markup on top.
